NWEA 60 day Notice Letter to two federal agencies over Washington State€™s failure to control polluted runoff in coastal watersheds, including Puget Sound.
Oregon impaired waters (303d list) this letter provides notice of Northwest Environmental Advocates€™ (NWEA) intent to file suit pursuant to the Clean Water Act (CWA), against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the EPA Administrator, and the EPA Regional Administrator for Region 10 for violating their mandatory duty to review and either approve or disapprove Oregon€™s 2012 list of impaired waters pursuant to CWA.
