FWS Idaho BiOp Toxics 2015

Enclosed are the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's (FWS) Biological Opinion (BiOp) and concurrence determinations on the Idaho Water Quality Standards for Numeric Water Quality
Criteria for Toxic Pollutants (proposed action). The Opinion addresses the effects of the proposed action on the following listed species and critical habitats: the endangered Snake River
physa snail (Physa natricina), threatened Bliss Rapids snail (Taylorconcha serpenticola), endangered Banbury Springs lanx (Laroe sp.; undescribed), the endangered Bruneau hot
springsnail (Pyrgulopsis bruneauensis), the threatened bull trout (Salvelinus confluenlus) and its critical habitat, and the endangered Kootenai River white sturgeon (Acipenser transmontanus) and its critical habitat.
